Job Description

As a key member of our team at CV Library, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and customer satisfaction. This position requires an Engineering Graduate with experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement new and existing customer coating applications to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and equipment engineering teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve process anomalies to ensure high-quality products.

Additionally, this role involves generating costing and process documentation, as well as providing input on ways to enhance existing processes and procedures. You will work closely with key account customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 1+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Working knowledge of organic coating processes and/or Parylene coating experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
