Job Summary:This role involves working with the Legal team to provide key support for efficient and effective contracts administration within the business. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law and be able to negotiate agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing and responding to legal issues and enquiries from both internal and external customers.
- Ensuring end-to-end management of all contracts that pass through the Legal department.
- Reviewing key professional services Partner Agreements.
- Responding to general legal enquiries.
- Degree in Business or Law.
- 1-2 years' worth of experience in a contracts administration or legal administration role.
- Negotiation skills.
- A good understanding of both the UK legal system and commercial law.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal).
- Ability to liaise with staff at all levels.
- High attention to detail.
- Capable of working largely independently.
- Highly organized and able to plan and manage workload, and deliver excellent results.
