About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our national retail and online client. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Area Manager to support the achievement of business goals, develop high-performing shop teams, and ensure full compliance with operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the successful performance of new shops
  • Conduct regular audits on Retail Standards, Security, and Compliance in allocated shops
  • Ensure effective communication of key messages to shop teams and oversee their implementation
  • Liaise with head office departments to resolve operational challenges and enhance performance
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and stay informed on market trends
Requirements
  • Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills
  • Focused on achieving high standards and driving continuous improvement in performance metrics
  • Must have a driver's licence and be mobile to travel in the region
