Area Relief Supervisor

At Tarmac, we're committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive environment where our people can thrive. We're seeking an experienced Area Relief Supervisor to join our fantastic Tarmac Readymix 'RMX' team based at our Tarmac Silvertown RMX site in the heart of London.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and be accountable for the RMX operations on our plants, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
- Lead and supervise the RMX operational teams, delivering toolbox talks and managing daily production.
- Control operational costs, manage stocks, and drive operational performance through KPIs.
- Effectively coach and performance manage direct reports, resolving queries and maintaining site housekeeping.
- Batch concrete to meet customer needs while meeting internal quality requirements.
- Experience in Readymix 'RMX' plant operations at a supervisory level.
- Previous experience in an Asphalt/Aggregates environment would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Risk Assessments and Safe System of Work Systems.
- Working knowledge of production processes and H&S and Environmental policies.
