Area Relief Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Relief Supervisor to join our Tarmac Readymix team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily production of concrete at our RMX plants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the RMX operational teams to ensure safe and efficient production of concrete.
- Manage daily production costs and control stock levels.
- Drive operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Effectively coach and performance manage direct reports.
- Resolve queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain site housekeeping to a high standard.
- Experience in Readymix plant operations at a supervisory level.
- Previous experience in an Asphalt/Aggregates environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of Risk Assessments and Safe System of Work Systems.
- Working knowledge of production processes and H&S policies.
