Layka Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our client's busy team in Shepperton. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times, supporting the delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Task Management: Take responsibility for all assigned tasks, reporting directly to the Technical Service Manager.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure all KPI's are met for assigned clients. Where failings are made, escalate to the Technical Service Manager within 24 hours.
  • Client Enquiries: Take responsibility for all assigned client enquiries, including F Gas sheets, critical spares, and other related tasks.
  • Pre-Planned Maintenance: Proactively book in pre-planned maintenance visits with assigned clients.
  • Repair Works: Responsible for all repair works for assigned clients, including upgrading from quotes, ordering parts, confirming arrival of those parts, authorising supplier invoices, booking in dates, and liaising with clients and suppliers.
  • Reporting: Review, amend where necessary, and issue report sheets to clients in line with agreed SLA's.
  • Customer Permits: Raise customer permits for booking in of works.
  • Emergency Call Outs: Manage emergency call out requests, ensuring clients are kept informed and that our 4-hour response guarantee is met. Retrospectively calculate and issue costs for emergency call outs and issue to clients.
  • Urgent Remedial Quotes: Take responsibility for urgent remedial quotes following emergency call outs.
  • Quote Follow Up: Proactive follow up of all remedial quotes.
  • Quote Review: Review and send all quotes from Estimators, supporting with queries.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Experience in computer use – (Microsoft Suite).
  • Work Schedule: Full time role (8-5 / 8:30 – 5:30 Mon – Fri).
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated & a good team player.
  • Desired Experience: Desired experience using Outlook, MS Excel, and Word. Desired experience in HVAC.
