At Guardian Angel Carers, we want our Field Care Coordinator to be able to maximise their full potential and feel truly valued & rewarded.
Our Field Coordinator will support the Care-Coordinator with ensuring we are meeting client’s needs, and delivering a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led service. In addition, supporting our CareAngels to ensure they are living to our brand values: compassionate, professional, reliable, quality and friendly. The Field Care Coordinator is responsible for managing their own diary but must work in collaboration with the Care Coordiantor
As a Field Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Care Coordinator with WINGS meetings and further training
- Carry out care visits
- Supervisions with our Care Delivery team, ensuring they feel valued and listened too and their work needs are met.
- Ensure all CareAngels are meeting compliance in line with monthly audits from management, provide support where necessary
- On Call duties on rota basis
**Hours**:Full-time (40 hours per week) with on-call duties as needed
The hours for this role are split across a two week rota:
Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week Two: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
