About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Badby Park, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with neurological illnesses and acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve function, independence, and quality of life for service users.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective discharge planning.
  • Supervise and support Occupational Therapy support staff and students to ensure high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based therapeutic activities and programs.
