About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication

Requirements
  • Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment

  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
