About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our community team at Complete Care Agency. As a Community Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Named Nurse within the team, developing collaborative, needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide excellent professional, skilled, and effective person-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
  • Be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and clients.
  • Visibly and accessible to patients, families, and carers, working together to ensure efficient, effective, and caring services.
  • Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards, and quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to the education and development of employees.
  • Contribute to staff appraisals and support personal development plans.
  • Safely administer medication following company policies and practice guidelines.
  • Provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity.
Desirable Experience
  • Competence in differing forms of bowel care, such as Qufora, Peristeen, Stoma.
  • Experience of caring for clients with a tracheostomy.
  • Experience of working in the community.
  • Experience of managing in an office environment.
