The Role

We are seeking two part-time Support Workers to join our team in the Oakwood area of Leeds. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with diverse care needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals to access community facilities, activities, and events
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
