Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and other requirements.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a supported living service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive team ethos
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
