About the Role

We are seeking a calm and resourceful individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker at our Hall Lane supported living service in Leeds.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to young adults with learning disabilities, some of whom are on the autistic spectrum and have complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Assist with administrative duties as directed by the manager
  • Work independently during the night with minimal support
  • Ensure the house is CQC compliant at all times
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is well-motivated, hardworking, and keen to join our friendly team. You will need to have skills in positive communication and engagement, and be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.

You must be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.

What We Offer

We provide relevant training, including accredited health and social care diplomas through our own training academy.

You will be required to work in a flexible manner on a rota, and we offer good conditions of service and a supportive, hands-on management culture.

In addition, we offer a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
