About the Role

Creative Support is a non-profit organisation providing high-quality person-centred social care services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and other needs. We are seeking a calm, resourceful, and energetic individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and other needs.
  • Develop positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the service, including administrative duties as directed by the manager.
  • Work independently during the night with minimal support, making decisions and taking proactive steps to ensure the house is CQC compliant.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a rota, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work positively within a consistent team ethos.
  • Willingness to actively engage in all aspects of the role, including support with personal care and domestic tasks.
