About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a supported living service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive team ethos
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience working in a care or support role, preferably in a supported living setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
