Job Description

This Permanent, Full-time position is based in the London Farringdon office and requires frequent travel around the region. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Regional Operations Directors to achieve short-term business targets and longer-term strategy.

Responsibilities
  1. Support 'line owned' performance to enable high-performance delivery.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to Operations Senior Team using robust management information and high-quality reporting.
  3. Informed HR consulting to stakeholders to ensure business and people plans are aligned.
  4. Ensure strong controls in the functional area and promote operational compliance with functionally created standards and processes.
  5. Represent the function to provide the minimum standards and services as agreed, linking the region and function on any issues.
  6. Promote a culture that delivers on promises and supports improved relationships at all levels.
  7. Lead and support on people change and management projects.
  8. Advocate and sponsor the use of the full suite of HR service offerings.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  1. A trusted advisor able to influence senior stakeholders, building relationships and challenging effectively.
  2. Previous experience in a large operational people-driven environment.
  3. Resilient and tenacious with critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  4. Change management experience and supporting deployment.
  5. Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering a people plan, balancing multiple priorities.
  6. A deep understanding of business and commercial challenges, future business strategy, and its impact on customers.
  7. A self-starter who can give direction and take direction when required.
  8. A coaching style adaptable to support and challenge operations for HR priorities.
  9. CIPD or equivalent experience desirable.
