We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Family Liaison Coordinator.

As a key member of our host family recruitment team, you will play a vital role in creating enriching cultural exchanges for students and local communities.

This is a full-time position based in Brighton, where you will be responsible for visiting potential host families, guiding them through paperwork, and ensuring all information is properly uploaded to our system.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to participate in EF events, follow up on newly collected paperwork, and enter information into our database.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and possess a friendly and approachable manner.

A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential, as occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, flexible working hours, regular social events, and opportunities for professional development and career enhancement.

At EF Education First, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults, and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

References will be followed up, and proof of identity and qualifications will be required prior to confirmation of appointment.
