Business Development Manager

MERcury Hampton Ltd is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our global client, a leading provider of rental solutions to construction, utility, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
About the Role:
- Strategic planning: develop and implement plans to grow and expand accounts in the water sector
- Negotiation: build strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities
- Communication: communicate effectively with customers across different levels, ensuring quality delivery while maximizing business margin
About You:
- 4+ years of commercial experience dealing with complex customers and accounts
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, particularly in pumps, filtration, and fluid control
- Proven track record in customer-facing positions, handling senior stakeholders and decision makers, and creating long-term client relationships
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £65,000 + bonus, OTE £80,000+
- Comprehensive benefits package including car, expenses, pension, holiday, and life assurance
