Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries, provide technical support, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Breakdown Management: Manage breakdown calls, coordinate with engineers, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Job Card Management: Update job cards, allocate jobs efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
  • Machine Availability: Monitor machine availability, update status, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery of machines to customer sites.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
