Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enquiry Handling: Respond to customer enquiries regarding equipment hire and service, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Breakdown Management: Coordinate with engineers to attend to equipment breakdowns, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime for customers.
  • Job Card Management: Update job cards on the internal database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on equipment status and assignments.
  • Machine Availability: Verify the availability of equipment and update systems accordingly, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the engineering and transport teams to ensure the correct equipment is delivered to customer sites on time.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the equipment rental and sales industry, preferably in a service-related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
