Senior Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at Kemp Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling enquiries, managing breakdowns, and coordinating with the engineering and transport teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Enquiries: Responding to hire and service enquiries via our systems.
- Breakdown Management: Managing calls from customers and arranging for engineers to attend breakdowns promptly.
- Job Card Management: Updating job cards on the internal database and allocating jobs efficiently.
- Machine Availability: Checking the availability of machines and ensuring their status is always up-to-date in our systems.
- Coordination: Collaborating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure the correct machines are ready and delivered to customer sites.
- Customer Service: Communicating effectively with colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.
Ideal Candidate:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve service issues efficiently.
