Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online ordering system.
  • Manage breakdowns by coordinating with engineers and arranging prompt attendance.
  • Update job cards on the internal database and allocate jobs efficiently.
  • Ensure machine availability is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and transport teams to deliver machines to customer sites.
  • Provide excellent customer service as a point of contact for depot enquiries.
Ideal Candidate
  • Industry experience in Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address service issues efficiently.
  • Team player with ability to support colleagues in achieving common goals.
