**Job Title:** Business Process Improvement Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team at Leonardo as a Business Process Improvement Manager. As a key member of our Procurement & Commercial Function, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships across functions and driving process improvements across our integrated project teams.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong expertise in SAP, and a proven track record of analyzing data and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop strong relationships across functions and drive process improvements across our integrated project teams.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Contribute to the definition and successful delivery of the overall UK Business Systems plan objectives.
**Requirements:**
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science).
- At least 8 years of experience in business process improvement, preferably in a procurement or commercial role.
- Strong expertise in SAP, SharePoint, and other related technologies.
