Job Title: Automated Process Improvement Expert

Estimated Salary: RM110,000 - RM140,000 per annum

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Automated Process Improvement Expert to join our Digital Transformation Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and documenting improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities
  • Document improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes
  • Liaise with colleagues across the university to avoid duplication of effort

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business process improvement methodologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Visio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
