The role of Industrial Process Specialist at an undisclosed Engineering Company is to assist the existing team in Edinburgh with business improvement programmes. The successful candidate will report directly to the business improvement lead and help identify and implement defined improvement and smart processes within the business.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Participation in change management tools and strategies
  • Creation of Renewals Process in Therefore
  • Integration of Therefore, Purchase Process – Requisitions
  • Development of Therefore Suggestions Scheme
  • Creation of PowerBI Reports for all Therefore Processes
  • AP Invoicing and Purchasing
  • Maintenance Sales Orders and Renewals
  • Monthly CIP reports and Design Workflow Process Improvements
  • Implementation of Corporate Purchasing procedures into internal procurement processes
  • Driving iScala connectivity and logistics & warehousing improvements
