The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing engineering and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. We're looking for someone to create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, product specifications, BOMs, and AutoCAD drawings.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing quality standards are met, reducing variability across all processes by providing standard documentation.
  3. This role involves designing and optimizing manufacturing lines, tooling, capacity analysis, and process qualification.
  4. As a Mechanical Lead, you'll oversee New Product Introduction projects, developing and implementing efficient production methods.
  5. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Principles, identifying areas for cost reduction and process efficiency improvements.
  6. Investigate production issues, provide technical support, and conduct Root Cause Analysis to drive resolution.
  7. Support the installation of new equipment, including training and setup.
  8. Deliver regular project updates and status reports at meetings.
