Job Description:
GTS International Ltd is a leading manufacturer of precision metal components, and we are seeking a skilled Precision Manufacturing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating complex machinery, including CNC Milling Machines, to produce high-quality components. You will also be expected to plan, program, and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities. As a Precision Manufacturing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and technology, and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC Milling Machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Plan, program, and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Set up and operate other shop floor equipment as required.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in heavy metal engineering sector.
  • Ability to operate and set CNC machinery and other shop floor equipment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to mentor and train colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.
