We are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Process Improvement Manager to join our team in Edinburgh, UK. At Leonardo SpA, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge sensor products across various airborne platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the improvement of manufacturing equipment processes, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity. Your expertise will enable us to maintain world-class production standards.

A successful candidate should have strong practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, data analysis skills, and experience working with measurement techniques and equipment such as temperature, humidity, dew point, pressure, vacuum, airborne particles, and vibration. Familiarity with Clean Rooms, Special to Type Test Rooms, Environmental Facilities & Chambers (Thermal & Vibration) is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the improvement of manufacturing equipment processes to reduce costs and timescales.
  • Analyze uptime/utilization data to optimize equipment performance.
  • Maintain and calibrate manufacturing equipment, ensuring accurate calibration and testing procedures.
