Business Process Improvement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of the Finance Information & Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading the weekly and monthly production processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify ways to improve the AUM, Flow, Net New Base Fees, and Sales reporting processes, as well as develop strong working relationships with clients & partners and identify ways to improve products & service.

You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of metrics and control framework to manage and report AUM, Flows, Revenue, and NNBF, as well as providing oversight and guidance on integrations and migrations of internal and external data and systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical, innovative, and organized skills, with a focus on controls and risk mitigation. You should also be able to work through challenging deadlines, be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and have a self-driven and enthusiastic approach to work.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position based in the UK, with a hybrid work model that enables collaboration and apprenticeship while supporting flexibility.
