This is an exciting opportunity to join Jewson Partnership Solutions as an Area Manager - Sales and Customer Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our sales and customer service team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth and business development.
- Act as first line support to the Branch Manager, leading and supporting the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to achieve business objectives.
