Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers within the Builders Merchants/Wholesaler channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly account reviews with Branch Managers at leading Builders Merchants and Wholesalers.
- Develop revenue and strengthen relationships within the region.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to deliver best-in-class service to accounts.
- Support Branch staff in educating them on the features of our products.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales within the construction industry.
- Strong relationships with Branch Managers at Builders Merchants and Wholesalers.
- Ability to develop revenue and strengthen relationships within the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £40,000.
- 20% OTE.
