HR & Talent Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Talent Administrator to join our team at Crew Clothing Company. As an HR & Talent Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR & Talent team, including coordinating HR meetings, maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), and assisting with recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- General management of employee records and HR data, including referencing employees where necessary and making amendments to T&C's for employee contracts.
- Support in building manual contracts and ensuring reports are generated where necessary and policies remain signed and up to date.
- Assisting with the implementation of new policies and updates, including data management and meeting coordination.
- Providing administrative office support, including typing up meeting notes and drafting basic letters for employees when necessary.
- Managing orders for office stationary and breakfast supplies, and assisting with office mail.
- Supporting in the preparation of various meetings, including inductions, product knowledge filming sessions, and client visits.
- Booking transportation and accommodation for store manager training sessions, and keeping the LMS up to date with information on starters and leavers.
- Conducting bi-weekly checks to identify employees who need to complete mandatory training, and supporting in building an inclusive and welcoming culture across the office.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including checking RTW, coordinating start date & Induction with payroll & HR, and receiving resignations from retail employees and ensuring proper leaver processes are followed.
- Posting vacant positions on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Harri, and managing sales advisor recruitment for both current and new store openings, including induction & ensuring 5, 10 & probation reviews are taking place.
- Keeping track of live vacancies in stores and following up on stores not keeping up with roles posted on Harri to ensure a great candidate experience, and conducting first-stage telephone interviews for supervisor positions.
Requirements:
- Organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, including precision and accuracy in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Proficient writing skills, including clear and concise written communication for composing emails, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs, including competency in using essential software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
- HR knowledge, including a basic understanding of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Administrative support, including providing assistance to HR & Talent team members and other staff members as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings, note taking, training session support, and any other business need.
