ROLE TITLE HR & Talent Coordinator

The Blair Partnership is a literary and entertainment agency. We offer our clients a broad range of services including rights management, client representation, and franchise management. As part of those services, we help to manage several companies on behalf of our client J.Li>Franchise Management – which encompasses brand & franchise vision and strategy, creative strategy & direction, product development, brand management & comms for the Wizarding World franchise

  • The HR & Talent Coordinator provides valuable support to the wider HR and Talent team, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding across all business entities is as efficient and effective as possible. The role is responsible for accurate record keeping, maintaining documentation, HRIS data, and supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
  • Responsible for managing the HR inbox, responding to queries, and escalating where appropriate
  • Manages employee surveys relating to onboarding, offboarding, and training, in line with our culture of feedback

Learning & Development

Coordinates internal training sessions, managing room bookings and invites for all sessionsWorks with the Front of House Assistant ensuring training and Lunch and Learn requirements are metPrepares reports to be shared with management on annual leave and sickness absence balancesManages our admin portals for our healthcare cash plan (MediCash) and eyecare vouchers (Specsavers).

Payroll

Collates changes for the monthly payroll and supports with data entry

Talent Acquisition

Support the Senior Talent Manager with the candidate selection and interview processAssists with the planning and execution of various talent, DEI, and employer branding projectsSupports the Senior Talent Manager in the coordination and execution of the Work Experience programme, collecting feedback, and suggesting improvements after each iteration.
