Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at Shaw Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Ensure that all care staff are trained and equipped to provide the highest level of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards.
