Shaw healthcare is currently seeking a Residential Team Leader to support our operations. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on improving the lives of those we care for. Our objective is to deliver the highest quality of care, ensuring that our service users receive the same level of attention and respect we would provide to our own family members. You will have access to advanced care technology, allowing you to dedicate more time to the individuals you support. Our facility is renowned for its commitment to excellence in care delivery.
As a Team Leader, you should possess prior experience in residential care for older adults. Key attributes include flexibility, patience, empathy, organization, and strong interpersonal skills. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential, along with a completed or ongoing qualification in Health and Social Care (QCF Level 3 or equivalent).
Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and informed. You will also keep your Line Manager updated on residents' needs and progress. Being a collaborative team player, you will adhere to established guidelines and policies, and possess good writing skills for documenting care plans.
Comprehensive training will be provided, including a leadership program designed to support your professional growth and advancement opportunities within Shaw healthcare.
