Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader at Rotherlea. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide person-centered care to service users
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
  • Monitor and evaluate care delivery, making adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide support and guidance to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
