Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and caring Residential Team Leader to join our team at Rotherlea. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in residential care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
