Residential Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader at Rotherlea. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working nights, with a 36-hour contract. You will be required to work every other weekend, with shift times from 20:00 to 08:00. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement.
