Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader at Rotherlea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide person-centered care to our service users
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide training and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care, preferably with older adults
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
