Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw healthcare is a leading provider of care services, committed to delivering high-quality care to our service users. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Burleys Wood in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our service users
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of care staff to meet the needs of our service users

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
