Requirements:

* Previous experience in children support work, preferably within a residential setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and work effectively within a team.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
* Must have a UK driving licence.
