Shaw healthcare is in search of a Residential Team Leader to become part of the team at Rotherlea. You will be part of a group that is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of those in our care. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care to our service users, ensuring they receive the same level of care we would expect for our own loved ones. You will utilize cutting-edge care technology, allowing you to dedicate more time to the individuals you support. Rotherlea is renowned for its exceptional reputation as a trusted care provider, with the needs of our service users guiding our daily operations.
As a Team Leader, you should possess prior experience in working with elderly individuals in a residential care setting. Flexibility, patience, compassion, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required, along with a completed or ongoing QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with everyone around you, ensuring that family and friends feel welcomed, healthcare professionals are kept informed, and your Line Manager is updated on residents' needs and progress. As a collaborative team member, you will adhere to guidelines and policies, and possess proficient writing skills for documenting care plans.

Salary: £14.06-£14.70 per hour
Working Hours: Bank Contract - 0 hours - shifts are 07:45 - 20:15 for both days and nights.
