Shaw healthcare is currently seeking a Residential Team Leader to become an integral part of our team. You will be part of a dedicated group focused on enhancing the lives of those we care for. You will have access to advanced care technology, allowing you to dedicate more time to the individuals you support. Our facility is renowned for its excellent reputation as a trusted provider of care services.
As a Team Leader, you should possess prior experience in supporting older adults within a residential setting. Key attributes include flexibility, patience, compassion, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a completed or ongoing QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring that family members and friends feel welcomed, healthcare professionals are well-informed, and your Line Manager is updated on residents' needs and progress. As a collaborative team member, you will adhere to established guidelines and policies, and possess proficient writing skills for documenting care plans.

Salary: £14.06-£14.70 per hour
