An Inclusive Learning Support Worker is sought by Academics Ltd in Bristol. This role involves working closely with children who have mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviour, and have learning disabilities such as Autism.

As an Inclusive Learning Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides support to children with Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Needs. We are looking for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant who can demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills and ideally possess some form of restraint training.

The successful candidate will be supporting children on a 1:1 basis with Special Needs, assisting with behaviour management, and providing support for children with mental health difficulties and learning disabilities.

This role offers a competitive salary of £83.33-£96.15 per day, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.
