Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behavioural Intervention Assistant to join their team in Bristol. As a Behavioural Intervention Assistant, you will be working closely with children who have mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviour, and have learning disabilities such as Autism.

This role is ideal for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant looking to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Needs. A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is preferred for this position, and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable.

The successful candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and ideally possess some form of restraint training. You will be supporting children on a 1:1 basis with Special Needs, assisting with behaviour management, and providing support for children with mental health difficulties and learning disabilities.

We offer a competitive salary of £83.33-£96.15 per day, making this an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs.
