Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education, working alongside SEN schools and provisions in the Bristol area.

The primary goal of this role is to support students with diverse special educational needs in accessing their learning and thriving in education. As an ideal candidate, you will be professional, committed, and enthusiastic about SEND, with a passion for working with children/young people with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with a wide range of special educational needs to access their learning
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop engaging lesson plans
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
