We are seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at a secondary school in North Bristol.

About the Role:

  • Provide academic and social support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans for SEN students
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Facilitate small group interventions

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience working with children or young people
  • Is knowledgeable about SEN strategies and support techniques
  • Possesses GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Demonstrates an empathetic, calm, and patient manner

Key Details:

  • Location: BS11
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
  • Contract: Permanent contracts available after an initial trial period
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
