We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team, supporting adults with autism and complex needs in Bristol.

Salary: £10.20 per hour (estimated)

Job Description

This role involves providing person-centred support to adults with complex behavioural needs and communication difficulties in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies and interventions
  • Providing assistance with daily living tasks such as cooking and personal hygiene
  • Supporting individuals with medication management and medical appointments
  • Enabling individuals to engage in social events and access local services
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position working 24/7 on a rotational basis with staffing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1 support. You will work 12-hour and 15-hour shifts, including every other weekend with sleep-in duties available.
