Student Behaviour Specialist

As a Student Behaviour Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour in a school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychology or criminology student to gain practical experience and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing positive behaviour strategies, working with students individually and in groups, and collaborating with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans to support students with challenging behaviour.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students who require additional guidance and encouragement.
A competitive hourly rate of around £20-25 per hour for the right candidate.
