To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with challenging behaviours
  • Patience, kindness, and fairness when working with students
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff to develop and implement behaviour plans

We offer FREE online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all our workers. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
